Amorino Jewelry is committed to your privacy and the proper handling of your personal information, which is why we invite you to read the following information and confirm its receipt through any possible means of communication.

Personal data is any type of information that allows the identifying of a natural and/or legal person public or private. Processing of personal data is the realization of any type of operation with personal data, such as the collection, storage, use, circulation, transmission or deletion thereof.

By Law 1581 of October 17, 2012, the National Congress issues General Provisions for the Protection of Personal Data, including the regime of rights of the holders of the information and the obligations of those responsible and responsible for its processing, thus constituting the general framework of the Protection of Personal Data in Colombia. Similarly, on June 27, 2013, the National Government issued Decree 1377 of 2013, which regulates the aforementioned Law, in order to facilitate its implementation in aspects related to the authorization of the Information Holder, the Policies of Treatment of Responsible and Responsible, the exercise of the rights of the holders of the information , Transfers of Personal Data and Proven Responsibility for the Processing of Personal Data.

Amorino Jewelry requires certain personal data to which it treats for the normal development of its activity, and in the context of the relationship that links it with customers, workers and suppliers, it will request only the data that it actually needs for it, which include, among others, its identification and contact details; data related to your economic activity and your business and/or financial information. For this purpose Amorino Jewelry has adopted appropriate security measures in order to ensure the proper and confidential processing of your personal data.

Amorino Jewelry obtains your personal data because you have provided it yourself, because you have obtained it from a third party authorized by you or by law, to provide it, or because it is public data; that is, data for which your prior authorization is not required.

Amorino Jewelry requires the processing of your personal data in order to adequately attend to the relationship established with you, and to carry out the activities provided for in the authorization that the company requests for the purpose of carrying out such processing. In the event that our company requires the processing of your personal data for a purpose other than that set out in the authorization, it will ask you for a new one.

  1. Know, update and rectify the data against Amorino Jewelry or Data Processors. This right may be exercised, among others against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fractional data, that are mistaken, or those whose processing is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized.
  2. Revoke the authorization and / or request the deletion of the data when the Processing does not respect the constitutional and legal principles, rights and guarantees. The revocation will proceed as long as there is no legal or contractual obligation to keep the personal data.
  3. At any time and at no cost, you may request that the data you deem necessary be deleted, for which you must identify yourself in due form and indicate what information is to be deleted, which includes the delivery of the supporting documentation that is required for this purpose.
  4. Be informed by Amorino Jewelry upon request, regarding the use you have given to the data.
  5. File complaints with the Competent Authority
